Introducing a life skills program tailored for single mothers, organised by HeadHeartHand Foundation (3Hfoundation). This program empowers single mothers to navigate this complex system, ensuring they are well-informed about available resources, grants, income assistance, and childcare benefits. We are delighted to announce Mrs. Joana Zigah as our esteemed speaker and anchor. Mrs. Zigah, a dedicated member of the 3HFoundation, was a single mother for a decade. Her unwavering commitment is to simplify the lives of single mothers and assist each one in realizing their full potential. We aim to broaden horizons and promote growth in three crucial areas: finances, parenting, and health and wellness.

“As immense as the pressure feels when you have to wing it all on your own with your child/children, as difficult as things could be almost all the time, I’m here to tell you that you’re doing a great job, if not the toughest job on the planet, my dearest single mom!
How do I know? I lived it! For 5 and another 10 years, I cared for my children single handedly with a short break of married life in between. Wonder how I made it through in one piece and not in broken pieces?
My name is Mrs Joana Emie Zigah with 3HFoundation. Please join me over some scrumptious lunch or a take out whiles I share my road of single parenting with you. There is so much ahead of us to navigate together thereafter. You will be glad you came 😊
